Returns: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at fun@readysetz.com. If we can’t make it right, we’ll give you your money back. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping (the shipping amount is deducted from the final refund). 

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your playset for another playset of the same size or larger. To make the exchange, return the set unused, in its original packaging with all documentation.  You will be responsible for return shipping cost, a 10% restocking fee, and the price difference, if any.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, and depending on the final destination, playset(s) will arrive 2-5 days once they leave our warehouse. In general, playsets will ship within 1–2 business days after order is placed. Questions? Email us at fun@readysetz.com. 

Yes, we ship to a select number of countries including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Denmark. We are adding new countries as demand rises. International shipping times vary depending on shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times range from 5-7 days and up to 15-17 days. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and VAT, customs or import tax. Rates are calculated during checkout.

Our full-size playset is designed for 6″ action figures (1:12 scale). Some fans do use 7″ or 8″ figures on the larger sets too. Our smaller playset is recommended for 3.75″ or smaller action figures (1:18 scale) .
